We’re seeing timeouts / pending-status events from a third-party wallet infrastructure provider following a recent platform update on their side. This is a strictly technical issue—not related to liquidity, top-ups, or operations.
What’s affected:
Withdrawals for a subset of assets routed via one provider (e.g., USDT, USDC, ADA, ALGO, ARB, ATOM, AVAX, CELO, DOGE, DOT, HBAR, MANA, MATIC, NEAR, OP, RNDR, POL, SAND, SOL, TIA, XTZ, and a few others) may be delayed. Requests remain queued and will be processed automatically once this is fixed.
What’s operating normally:
Withdrawals processed via our other rails (e.g., BTC, LINK, FLUX, KDA, THT) are currently operating as usual.
What we’re doing:
We completed all required updates on our side on Friday, 29 August 2025, and have been actively coordinating with the provider since then to finalize their update and release queued withdrawals.
